Welcome to Doolwa Resorts & Camp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doolwaresorts.com and any booking you make with us for accommodation, glamping experiences, guided activities and wellness services at our camp in Kobang, Lower Mustang, Nepal. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required deposit and sent you a written confirmation.

• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these Terms on behalf of everyone in the booking.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided, including names as they appear on passports, are correct.

2. Prices and Payment

• Prices are shown on our website and in your booking confirmation. Prices may be displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) or other currencies for convenience; the amount charged is the amount stated in your confirmation.

• Package prices include accommodation, meals and activities as described for each experience. Anything not listed, such as international flights, personal expenses, tips and travel insurance, is not included.

• Payment terms and deadlines are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Permits and Travel Documents

Guests must hold a valid passport and Nepal visa. Travel in the Mustang region requires permits, such as the Annapurna Conservation Area permit, which we arrange on your behalf using the details you provide. We are not responsible for refused entry, delays or costs caused by missing, invalid or incorrect documents.

4. Health, Fitness and Altitude

• Our camp and activities are located at high altitude. Guests must be in reasonable health and must tell us about any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

• Altitude sickness can affect anyone. Our guides may change the pace or route of an activity, or ask a guest to stop an activity, if they believe it is necessary for safety. Their decision is final.

• Yoga, sound therapy, sauna and wellness sessions are offered for relaxation and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please consult a doctor before taking part if you are pregnant or have a health condition.

5. Travel Insurance

All guests must have travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergency evacuation (including helicopter rescue) at high altitude, and trip cancellation. We may ask for proof of insurance before your trip begins.

6. Guest Conduct

• Please respect the local community, culture, religious sites and customs of Mustang.

• Guests must follow the instructions of our guides and staff, particularly on safety matters.

• We ask all guests to protect the natural environment: leave no litter, stay on marked trails and respect wildlife.

• We may end the stay of any guest whose behaviour puts others at risk or causes serious disruption, without refund.

• Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage they cause to camp property.

7. Itinerary Changes

Mountain travel is unpredictable. We may need to change itineraries, activities, transport or accommodation because of weather, road conditions, flight cancellations, safety concerns or other circumstances. We will always try to offer a suitable alternative of similar standard.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings throughout their stay. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property, including valuables, cameras and electronic devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Adventure travel carries risks that cannot be fully removed. To the extent permitted by law, Doolwa is not liable for injury, illness, loss, delay or expense caused by events beyond our reasonable control, the actions of third-party suppliers, or a guest's failure to follow safety instructions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking concerned.

10. Website Use and Content

All content on doolwaresorts.com, including text, photographs, videos, logos and design, belongs to Doolwa Resorts & Camp or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

11. Photography

We may take photographs or videos at the camp for promotional use. If you would prefer not to appear in any such material, please let our team know and we will respect your wishes.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly and amicably first.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
